A chair, one adjustable barbell, and a pull-up bar mounted on my basement door frame were the bare essentials with which my fitness journey began. Just after completing my senior year of varsity soccer, I committed myself fully to building real confidence and becoming the strongest, healthiest version of myself. Despite having zero prior experience in the weight room, I immersed myself in learning by researching proven training strategies, studying nutrition principles, watching proper form tutorials, and applying everything through trial and error.

Over the next five years, while earning a degree in mechanical engineering and business management, I was relentless in my pursuit of this goal, successfully adding 50 pounds of lean muscle mass. I developed my understanding of the fitness world through a consistent diet, recovery plan, and of course, working out. It was never easy, but I always reminded myself that stopping was never an option.
Outside the gym, I'm just as passionate about living a full, balanced life. I love the energy of EDM festivals, exploring new trails on a good hike, and cheering on my favorite sports teams. These experiences fuel me and remind me every day that fitness isn't about sacrifice...it's about building the strength, energy, and discipline to enjoy everything life has to offer. With smart planning and consistency, you really can have it all: great results in the gym and a vibrant life beyond it.
